  • Acting for foreign ship owners in a major commercial and maritime law dispute with public international law implications, involving court proceedings and negotiations with top echelons of Pakistani banking for a settlement on behalf of the client.

  • Defending two Japanese motor vehicle manufacturers and their local joint venture partners in litigation brought in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

  • Defending a major UK banking group in litigation brought in Pakistan; and a major UK telecommunications company in litigation brought in Pakistan against the company and its local subsidiary.

  • Acting for the Pakistan subsidiary of ABB Group in multi-contract disputes and litigation arising out of contracts with a Pakistani contractor.  

  • Acting for the Malaysian sponsors of a power project in connection with multi-jurisdictional disputes with the power purchaser and the Government of Pakistan, involving litigation in Pakistan, England (High Court and Court of Appeal), and Singapore as well as ICC arbitration.

  • Representing major leather manufacturing and exporting companies in commercial disputes and banking litigation in Pakistan.

  • Representing a leading network and solar power services provider, Information Systems Associates Limited (Comstar), in regulatory disputes and litigation in Pakistan.

  • Representing the Civil Aviation Authority in dispute settlement and litigation in connection with the construction of the Tharparkar airport in Sindh.

  • Acting for MAL Pakistan Limited (formerly Mobil) in sales tax related litigation in Sindh.

  • Acting for the International Air Transport Association in high-volume agency contract disputes and other litigation across courts in Pakistan.

  • Acting for Thai Airways and Etihad Airways in passenger and cargo claims under the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions across courts in Pakistan.​​

  • Acting for a leading event management company in public procurement related litigation concerning the high-profile International Defence Exhibition Seminar and World Expo 2020.

  • Acting for Frequency Media Pvt. Limited in litigation relating to the internationally acclaimed music franchise, Coke Studio Pakistan.

  • Acting for ARCOP Private Limited in a domestic arbitration against the Pakistan Real Estate Investment Company Limited.

  • Assisted the Advocate General of Sindh in proceedings before the Supreme Court for the advisory reference filed by the President of Pakistan in relation to secrecy of voting in the Senate elections.
