Mubashir H Shah has almost two decades of experience working on corporate and commercial matters. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital markets, and foreign and domestic debt and equity financing. Danish advises both domestic and international clients across a number of industries, most notably in the energy and natural resources, banking and finance, telecommunications, and transport sectors.

In addition to routinely advising major clients on securities lending and other financial market transactions, Danish is well known for his advisory and negotiation skills in the energy and infrastructure sector. He has been recognised as a leading lawyer for Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A, and Energy & Natural Resources (Asia Law, 2019); and is highly regarded in Banking, Project Finance and M&A (IFLR) in Pakistan.
